Windows update is set to never install drivers

I'm having the same problem, besides, when I use the wushowhide tool for Windows 10 I have tons of updates that are available; after unhidding them simply my Windows 10 ignore this updates and they are important updates such as the Intel management update that I believe is an update for my motherboard.

It appears that updates are available, like you can see on the picture of the attachment. But when I run the troubleshooter it says that the Windows Update is configured to never install drivers and that my PC need to be restarted Restart your PC to finish installing drivers and updates.

I searched everywhere for a solution for this but I get no luck I'll be deeply grateful with you Vanessa if you can help us. Thanks in advance.
