At first glance, it looks like maybe libxslt was built against a different version of libxml2, but I'm not really sure. Sorry, something went wrong. I can't, actually. Again, what you're seeing is a shared library error. The python code does not require a particular version of libxml or libxslt.

The version of libxslt installed on your system -- at least the one in use by your python installation -- appears to require a version of libxml2 other than what you have installed.
